We followed household consumption over time to see how far K-Food was spreading into other categories and where the next areas of growth were beginning to emerge. This evolution was understood by tracking:

K-Food Moved Beyond Niche Adoption
Korean Food was no longer a niche trend - it had already reached roughly one-third of India-A households.

Growth Extended Beyond Noodles
Around 1 in every 3 rupees spent on K-Food came from snacking foods other than instant noodles, showing that the cuisine was already broadening.

New K-Food Spaces Were Emerging
