The study confirmed that fewer people returned to the leading brand (26%) than for the competitor (29%), revealing a clear opportunity to convert more first-time buyers into repeat ones.

Repeat Cycles Proved Slower Than the Competition
Households took 5.4 months to return to the leading brand versus 4.5 months for the competitor, almost a full month longer between purchases.
